Terms & Conditions

1. Payment
Customised itinerary quotations require a 50% deposit of the total cost upon booking and to confirm the Tour. Tours are not confirmed until a confirmation is received from Experience Ireland Golf and Travel and until that time accommodation and services cannot be guaranteed. The final payment is due 3 months / 90 days prior to arrival date.

If the above payment terms are not adhered to any hotel, transport or golf bookings may be automatically cancelled. All prices and invoices are issued in Euros and all payments must be made in Euros.

2. Cancellation Policy – Sightseeing
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Experience Ireland Golf & Travel.

The following Cancellation Charges apply to all sightseeing (non-golf) bookings:

• From time of booking to 91 days prior to date of arrival – 20% of Total Cost will be charged
• 90 – 61 days prior to date of arrival – 35% of Total Cost will be charged
• 60 – 45 days prior to date of arrival – 50% of Total Cost will be charged
• 44 – 30 days prior to date of arrival – 75% of Total Cost will be charged
• Less than 30 days prior to date of arrival – 100% will be charged

We strongly advise that the client has Travel Insurance.
Please note that all deposits paid out to suppliers are non-refundable & any refunds would be at the discretion of the supplier.

3. Cancellation Policy – Golf
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Experience Ireland Golf & Travel.

The following Cancellation Charges apply to all Golf tours, please note deposits paid to golf clubs are non-refundable but they may be transferable to a future date:

• From time of booking up to 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of Total Cost will be charged
• 59 days to date of arrival – 100% of Total Cost will be charged

We strongly advise that the client has Travel Insurance.
Please note that all deposits paid out to suppliers are non-refundable & any refunds would be at the discretion of the supplier.

4. Complaints
Any issues or disputes should be brought to the attention of Experience Ireland Golf & Travel immediately and prior to the end of the tour.

5. Force Majeure
The Company accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events such as strikes, riots, political unrest, war hostilities, or threat of war, terrorist activity, pandemic, industrial disputes, fire, flood, weather problems or similar events beyond its control

6. Responsibility
It is the customers’ responsibility to be fully briefed on all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions and it is the responsibility of the designated liaison/primary booker for the group to ensure all participants on the trip are made aware of these terms and conditions before confirming their place on the trip. It is also your responsibility to verify passport requirements.

1. Deposits & Payment
Deposits are required to confirm team entries.
Payment schedules must be adhered to by all teams, failure to do so may cause your entry to be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Experience Ireland Golf & Travel. Refunds will only be possible if we can replace your team entry with another.

Please note that all deposits paid out to suppliers are non-refundable but may be transferable.

3. Complaints
