Tom visited Mount Falcon Estate on the same day as Connacht Whiskey (he was very busy that day!) and thoroughly enjoyed seeing this beautiful property set just on the outskirts of Ballina, Co Mayo. There is so much to do at Mount Falcon apart from stay there of course...
